Your dedicated editor handles the edit, color, captions, and finishing touches based on your brand and instructions. Your plan includes up to 10 edited videos per month. Length doesn't matter: a 30-second Reel and a 12-minute video each count as one video.

After you subscribe, simply upload your raw footage to your private, encrypted workspace. Your files are encrypted both while being transferred and while stored. There are no file-size limits, email attachments, or expiring transfer links — your footage stays yours. Only you and your assigned editor can access your project files.

That's exactly what revisions are for. Leave timestamped notes directly on the video, request changes, and your editor will make the necessary adjustments. You get two rounds of revisions included with your subscription, so you don't receive an extra invoice every time something needs adjusting.

Yes. Pause or cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts or lock-ins, so you can pause your subscription between shoots or cancel whenever you no longer need the service.

Yes — 24–48 hours is the average turnaround for most requests. Once your footage and instructions are submitted, your dedicated editor works on the project and delivers it within your plan's turnaround window. More complex edits may require additional time depending on the scope and requirements of the project. If a project needs more time, we'll communicate that with you.

Your subscription provides 10 videos per month. Unused monthly video slots are not presented as a bank of credits that accumulates indefinitely. Your monthly allocation resets with each billing period.

Absolutely. Reference videos are encouraged because they help your editor understand your preferred editing style, pacing, transitions, captions, effects, and overall creative direction. If there's a particular style you want, send us an example when submitting your project.

You retain ownership of your original footage and your completed video content. Your footage is used to complete your requested editing work and is not treated as our own content.

Once you submit your footage and project instructions:
1. Upload — Send your footage through your secure workspace.

3. Edit — Your dedicated editor works on the project.
4. Review — You receive the first cut and review the video.
5. Revisions — Submit your timestamped feedback for your included revision rounds.

Yes. You can submit projects according to your workflow and available monthly allocation. However, your videos are processed based on the editing queue and your plan's turnaround terms. Submitting multiple projects at once does not necessarily mean all 10 videos will be delivered simultaneously.

Some projects require significantly more editing time than a standard video. If your request involves extensive motion graphics, advanced visual effects, heavy animation, extensive footage, or other unusually complex requirements, we'll review the project scope and let you know if it requires a different timeline or custom arrangement.
